Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 pound of pork, beef, or chicken
-1/2 cup of sliced celery
-1/2 cup of sliced carrots
-1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
-1/2 cup of bean sprouts
-1/2 cup of bamboo shoots
-1/4 cup of oyster sauce
-1 tablespoon of sesame oil
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork, beef, or chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add the celery, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and white pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.

Chinese Translation:
食材:
-半磅猪肉,牛肉或鸡肉
-半杯切片芹菜
-半杯切片胡萝卜
-半杯切片蘑菇
-半杯豆芽
-半杯竹笋
-1/4杯蚝油
-1汤匙麻油
-2汤匙酱油
-1茶匙糖

  5. 把熟的米饭放入盘中,把炒锅里的菜放在上面即可。
