Stir-Fried Bass
Ingredients:
- 2 bass fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Rinse the bass fillets and pat dry. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the bass cubes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the cilantro and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
炒鱸魚
材料:
- 2片鱸魚柳
- 2瓣蒜,切碎
- 2湯匙植物油
- 2湯匙醬油
- 2湯匙蠔油
- 1茶匙糖
- 1/4茶匙白胡椒粉
- 2湯匙新鮮香菜,切碎
做法:
1.將鱸魚柳沖洗乾淨,擦乾。切成1英寸塊狀。
2.在中高火的鑊或大平底鍋中加入油,加入蒜炒30秒。
3.加入鱸魚塊,炒2分鐘。
4.加入醬油、蠔油、糖和白胡椒粉,再炒2分鐘。
5.加入香菜,炒1分鐘。
6.熱食即可享用。
