I thought this was worth doing. The world needs to see that we are doing GOOD here amidst all the trash on the trending page. I used bots as you know, and I'm proving a point with them right now.
This might be one way to save the trending page.
Kind of my primary goal is to show that if you want to survive in this environment, you have to play with the tools of this environment. I was never all that anti-bid-bot anyway, as I am a FIRM anarcho-capitalist and voluntaryist, and frankly, jealous whiners aside who haven't been able to become successful enough in life to use them, themselves, the bid bots are a free market economy construct engaged in at all levels by user's voluntary activities, be it operating one, funding one with delegations, or voting with them. And all of that is allowed in a dPOS based chain and our code.
VOLUNTARY, FREE MARKETS are what are in play here, and SHOULD be.
This is how the game is played here. Don't like it? Don't play. No amount of wishing markets worked otherwise is going to work. Otherwise socialists would win and starve us ALL to death.
