YOGA TUTORIAL: How to do The Crow! Step by Step <3
Hi, I know that many people find it difficult to posture yoga and the crow is one of them! For that reason, I made them this infographic so that they learn to do it correctly!
Ok, the most important thing here, is to support the knees just above the elbow, to lean the arms forward, and reach a balance of arms that allows us to take off the feet of the floor. Do it little by little, raise one foot first and then when you feel safe raise the other!
