Man is a Resource

Isn't it interesting that we humans can never do anything on our own until we are propelled by a force, our minds can't seem to be able to do anything unless it is possessed or motivated by something.

For some it's alcoholic spirits, some others it's spirited words, while others are moved by emotions and drugs, little wonder we do amazing feats when we have adrenaline pumps or get surprised when we subconsciously do something without any direct inclination to do so. It's the reason why we listen to music while exercising, it's the reason sportsmen hire coaches & some even take drug enhancers, same goes for writers/singers/artists who sometimes have to go to a location that induces the creative(Adele's 1st/second album).

We never seem to be self-sufficient, kinetically positioned, awaiting motivation so that we can put to purposeful use the limitless potentials that are lying untapped in our minds and body, and when that doesn't come quickly we begin to try anything that appeals to us in a bid to make meaning out of our existence, to see the magnitude of what our capabilities can produce, and to find the renewable energy drive that would keep us perpetually motivated.

In other words, we are subconsciously but intensively in search of an inexhaustible source of propelling energy that can enhance our inherent potentials and be a guiding light to our drive, we crave self-sufficiency and continue so everyday of our lives, but that cannot happen given the way most of us are looking for it, in order to find it we need to change our orientation.

Understanding how we are wired inside out is key to finding the never-ending fuel that fits us best, so first, we know ourselves before we know our fuel.
