In my opinion, never expect miracles because miracles depended upon our actions, think this way, if you sit idol then do you think some miracle will happen and all the work around you will done automatically, no it's not like that, Miracle means you have to put your efforts and actions first and then let your action flow and wait for the result. So, our action is vital in our success, and never misguide yourself by keeping false expectations, which will never going to happen. And i think that our mental attitude is nothing less than any super power because, if we have highly motivated attitude and strong mind set then automatically actions will produce positive results and not only that, if you fail to attain something or if you face an failure as an whole, then also you can stay neutral if you have strong mindset and strong mental attitude.

In my opinion below can be the effective results of strong mental attitude:

(1) Helpful in staying neutral in any situations.
(2) Will motivate you to move forward all the time.
(3) Will make us more explorative towards our failures and push to understand our mistakes with more gratitude.
(4) Will born the opportunities.
(5) And it will help us to stay goal oriented.

For Example:

There was a person who was facing the lack of self confidence and this phase was leading him towards situations of failure and instead learning from those failures he was starting blaming himself and his situations and inturn this situations started him to push towards the situation of depression. But one day he decided to fight with this situation and he took some break and started working on his mental attitude, slowly and gradually his situation and thought process started to improve and helped him in many ways.
