We have not built a custom tool specifically for that purpose, because we see no reason to replicate all of the tools that already exist to extract this kind of information from the blockchain.

My favorite tool for this type of analysis is Steemfriends (because it shows a $ value instead of just vote weight or rshares), but it does require a 2 SBD monthly subscription.
