Ingredients
5 pieces chicken fillets
2 eggs
1 Tbsp garlic crushed
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp cajun pepper
pinch black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
Powdered bread crumbs
Oil for deep-frying
Method
- Place the chicken fillets , eggs, garlic paste, flour, black pepper,cajun pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Allow to marinate for at least an hour. For best results overnight.
- Take each pieces of fillet and coat with the bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil
- Place each pieces of fillet carefully into the oil avoid the pieces from touching each other.
5 Turn the each pieces of fillet until they have a golden brown color
