Strange things in world Episode 4 - Hoia-Baciu Forest - The Bermuda Triangle of Romania

The Haunted Forest i.e. Hoia Baciu Forest is located near city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania also known as the “Bermuda Triangle” of Romania & it is around 3 square kilometers in area.

Hoia-Baciu Forest became famous when a military technician took photographs of something which looked like UFO in 1968.

This forest is famous for UFO's & ghosts related phenomenon. People who enters Hoia-Baciu experiences anxiety and intense nausea or migraines & electronics devices starts malfunctioning inside forest. Locals says that Person who goes inside this forest will never come back.

There are several stories which revolves around Hoia-Baciu.
1. Gateway to another dimension

Many locals claims that it is " gateway to another dimension" because visitors who enters forest disappears for some time with no recollections of where they have been & returning with unexplained rashes and burns on their bodies.
One famous incident is of 5 year old girl who went to forest & got lost. After searching for couple of years she was declared dead. She appeared after 5 years of her going missing wearing same cloths she was wearing the day she disappeared into forest & had no memory of what happened with her.
She was the few of the luckiest persons who came back from forest.

2. UFOs

There is perfect circle with dead vegetation is present in forest. Many people thinks that it is landing site for UFOs. Soil samples were taken from that circle and unknown substance was found that was too toxic to allow anything to germinate.
Over the years many UFO sightings and orbs has increased. Latest one was in 2002 which was captured by two Cluj citizens for around 27 seconds.

3. Whispers And Voices

Locals do not enter forest because they feel that when they are walking in forest someone is watching them. People living near by also have reported hearing horrifying growls and screams in the middle of the night.
In one occasion screams were so loud that police was called. When in forest police had experienced hearing whispers and voices with glimpses of weird shadows. In report they had written that "There were no criminal activity in forest but what ever was in forest made sure that they do not enter forest again in future".

4. Ghosts

It is said that Hoia-Baciu is place where Vlad the Impaler was beheaded. Vlad the Impaler was known for his thirst for Human blood & it is believed that his ghost still hunts for humans in forest.
Also it is believed that ghosts of Romanian peasants who were murdered there decades ago also in forest.

5. The Bride

It is said that one girl & her fiance were walking in forest & suddenly that girl stated in opposite direction. Her fiance did not noticed at first, but when he noticed, he turned but she was gone. Search party did not even found trace of her.
It is said that she have been spotted in wedding dress in forest to find her fiance. The ghost has been named locally as the bride and only shows herself to other women and not men.
The witnesses say that this ghost is friendly and in particular appears before young children smiling and waving at them.
