I just worked out for an hour.
Today, I did dumbbell bench press with 14kg in each hand. But, it was unstable for me to perform it. So, I'll do with 12kg in each hand again since tomorrow.
The weather is pretty cold. It's colder than last year. Well.. cold winter is pretty better in terms of the air pollution. When the weather is warm in winter, PM 2.5 tends to increase.
