My core muscles are weaker than I expected. I think I gotta stretch a lot. I had a buffet for dinner. I'm planning to work out again.

By the way, the crypto market is so boring. To start the next 3rd altseason, BTC price recovery and a new ATH(All Time High) should occur.

I have no idea when these will happen. The recession is also coming. It's hard to predict the crypto market this year. The difficulty feels like 2022 😢
