Workout and investment in common
Investment is divided into short-term trading and long-term trading.
When you are good at short-term trading, it can be an investment. But, if you are poor at it, it can be speculation or gambling. Most people who do short-term trading are doing speculation.
Even though you are not good at trading, you can make a profit through the fundamental analysis of companies or cryptocurrencies. In general, it's hard to hold stocks or cryptocurrencies for a long time.
At the end of 2017, many acquaintances participated in the crypto market. However, in 2019 most of them left the market. People who had endured a hard time when it was 2018 and 2019, made lots of profit during this uptrend cycle.
Such of this perspective, the workout is divided into short-term diet and bodybuilding.
A short-term diet is like losing weight for a vacation or 1 month. In general, most people fail or just reduce their weight, such as speculation.
Bodybuilding takes a lot of time. In a way, you need to do it for life. It's like you everyday work out and manage your fat and muscle ratio.
I started bodybuilding this Feb. Through the Inbody test, I realized that it's important to manage my fat and muscle ratio, not my weight. My data is getting better. Every day I work out, then, I believe that I can become a pro trainer sometime, such as investment..
