CABINET MAKER X #5 Cabinet Door Repair. Part 1
Howdy Folks,
In this video I will show you how I repair a cabinet door .
It is a door from a kitchen I made about eight years ago.
The client had contacted me because the door had been badly burned by a candle and needed new cross rails.
In this first part I go through the stages of removing the original cross rails and cutting the tenons for the new ones.
I first remove the existing cross rails and then machine up the new ones.
As this is only four tenons and not batch production I cut the tenons on the mitre saw and band saw.
