Eine Holzverbindung mit Holzdübeln lässt sich ohne Hilfsmittel nur mit höherem Aufwand herstellen. Daher möchten wir euch heute ein Hilfsmittel vorstellen; womit ihr schnell und einfach Dübelverbindungen herstellen könnt.
Wood connection with dowels - Wolfcraft Master Dübler (Tools # 001)
A wood connection with wooden dowels can be produced without tools only with greater effort. Therefore, today we would like to introduce you to a resource; with which you can quickly and easily make dowel connections.
Meisterdübler
Der so genannte Meisterdübler ist eine Bohrschablone für Dübel in den größen von 6 mm, 8 mm und 10 mm.

Master Dübler
The so-called Master Dübler is a drilling template for dowels in the sizes of 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm.

In unserem Test haben wir eine "Stumpfe Eckverbindung" erstellt.

In our test we have created a "blunt corner joint".
Unser Vorgehen
Die stumpfe Echverbindung verwenden wir im den Projekten unserer Serie "French Cleat System".
Our approach
The blunt echo connection is used in the projects of our series "French Cleat System".
Um eine Eckverbindung herzustellen gehen wir wie folgt vor.
- an der stumpen Seite des Brettes bohren wir 2 Dübellöcher, hierzu setzen wir die Dübelschablone wie im Bild gezeigt, quer an.
To make a corner joint, we proceed as follows.
- on the thick side of the board we drill 2 dowel holes, for this we put the dowel template, as shown in the picture, across.
- Auf der anderen Seite Bohren wir die gegen Löcher. Dazu legen wir das erste Brett auf das Bett in den wir Bohren wollen und setzen die Holzdübel in die bereits gebohreten Löcher ein, nun Können wir die Schablone ansetzen und die weiteren Löcher genau Bohren.
- On the other hand, we'll drill those against holes. For this we put the first board on the bed in which we want to drill and put the wooden dowels in the already drilled holes, now we can set the template and drill the other holes exactly.
Unser Ergebnis
Als Ergebnis unseres Test haben wir eine Stabiele Verbindung erhalten. Welche wir schnell und einfach herstellen kann; ohne den "Aufwand" lange Anzeichnen und messen zu müssen und auch noch genau die in der Mitte zu bohren.
Dieses entfällt zum großen Teil mit der Dübelschablone, so das wir diese nur empfehlen können.

Our result
As a result of our test, we have a very strong connection. Which we can produce quickly and easily; without the "expense" of long marking and measuring and also have to drill exactly in the middle.

Den Dübler verwende ich auch. Ich finde mit einem Eisenbohrer läuft man weniger Gefahr zu verrutschen. Mit einem Holzbohrer und grobporigem Holz ist mir das schon mal passiert.
