How the Women Are Working At Women Empowerment Part-1
Dear Supporters ,
A big surprise for you from @Azizbd and A challenge for me. Time to share our first working and training class at @WomenEmpowerment . Well, you may be surprise with the below picture. As it looks like @SchoolForSDG4 ? You are right. We started our training class at @SchoolForSDG4's campus during off time of the school.
Women Empowerment was running it's operation in another area for last 1 year. But we did not start our training program at school area though it was important in both area. We have many oral appeal but we can't give facility more than 10 women in the room.
We made decision to keep facilitating their training class on Friday and Monday. They will have two hours on Friday and one and half hours on Monday.
Yesterday I @AzizBD bought some clothes and other materials for training purposes. Today they used paper as their first class. Last week we had orientation class and we discussed about our class plan and what we want to accomplish with them. They seem very happy to join. We are going to buy a new sewing machine soon.
We are providing free training facilities for them and we are expecting to give them tools and investment in future if some of them wants to start their own garments. We will also looking for opportunities to invest and hire them after the basic training. We made a big investment in beading products last year and couldn't cover the loss though we paid our workers.
The women of @WomenEmpowerment were seeing some work samples.
While mothers were working, their kids were playing near the room. Two of them study at @SchoolForSDG4. I am so hurry wit the post. Hope will be able to share more soon.

It is wonderful to see this program continue! Like @kamchore stated "it is necessary to empower women for the progress of their country." It is difficult for me to find better words than these to point out the importance of what you do.
I try to check in to see how things are progressing. My background is working with the disabled in my area, helping them find a career direction, so I am especially happy to see what you are doing. I also appreciate your openness as to how the steem earned is being used.

I believe you are correct. The more supportive of each other, one's culture and country should be stronger and move forward as whole...and this should elevate each person.
In developing country half of the total population is women .In gender discrimination society, women can not enjoy parallel and equal participation.whose socio-economic condition is very low. It is a matter of sorrow in our siociety.
Social change takes time. And it must be accomplished within the norms of your own country. It takes time. We then come back to the children...they will inherit any changes that take place and ideally absorb those changes. Then they too will have the opportunity to carry the torch a little further.

Women have contributed a lot to the development of the world. Women rights and their work should be specially targeted.
