RE: How the Women Are Working At Women Empowerment Part-1
It is wonderful to see this program continue! Like @kamchore stated "it is necessary to empower women for the progress of their country." It is difficult for me to find better words than these to point out the importance of what you do.
I try to check in to see how things are progressing. My background is working with the disabled in my area, helping them find a career direction, so I am especially happy to see what you are doing. I also appreciate your openness as to how the steem earned is being used.
I will resteem and hope those of my followers who can to donate a little steem will do so. For others an upvote would be nice to support a worthy cause. (please no spam folks. Let us all stay focused on the work they are doing at @womenempowerment). I will upvote any post that is focused on @womenempowerment. Any earnings I receive will be donated to @womenempowerment.

I believe you are correct. The more supportive of each other, one's culture and country should be stronger and move forward as whole...and this should elevate each person.
In developing country half of the total population is women .In gender discrimination society, women can not enjoy parallel and equal participation.whose socio-economic condition is very low. It is a matter of sorrow in our siociety.
Social change takes time. And it must be accomplished within the norms of your own country. It takes time. We then come back to the children...they will inherit any changes that take place and ideally absorb those changes. Then they too will have the opportunity to carry the torch a little further.

Women have contributed a lot to the development of the world. Women rights and their work should be specially targeted.
