Why is so hard to be upvoted for a witness? What do you need for it? I really don't understand
It's not hard. That's what I was saying, but people don't do it. The wealthy vote in who they want and the poor steemers aren't represented because they aren't voting. Witnesses influence policy changes and Steem "politics"
