I publicly oppose this @asbear as steem witness though I am the same Korean as him and most Koreans support him just because he is Korean.

Why I oppose him as witness is
that he has been widely accusing and people's-court-bamboo-spearing many other steemians for abusing at his own-judgement.

And at the same time, this @asbear seems to maintain @krguidedog robot which threatens foreigner visiting 'kr' community and encourage Koreans to vote among themselves in 'kr' tag, and discouraging Korean community from communicating with non-Korean people.

Considering the reality of no-real-name-single account but anonymous multiple steem accounts, and the reality of selfishness of most people, the self-voting can not be banned at all.

Self-voting-similar activities like multiple account mutual voting or mutual voting guild, or voting bot services, or voting event, or some mutual voting tags can not be checked thoroughly.

So, I think that making 10 writings even with just a dot and 100% full-self voting is fair way of benefiting from everyone's own SteemPower investment, and it is the practically a fair start point of good curation.

From this fair equilibrium of self-voting, everyone can try to write good posts to attract others attention ,
and everyone can vote any posts or comments they voluntarily like at each one's own decision and judgement.

He has been helping people's-court-bamboo-spearing those who has some self-voting tendency by making what-he-calls steem-health-tools which show voting pizza pie for each people's voting tendency.

Writing and Curation are not something that others can press their own opinions on the other writers or curators, but the writers' and curators' own rights which other cannot intervene with.

They are the fundamental freedom the writers and the curators have.

This @asbear has been opposing such fundamental rights of writers and curators, but he himself has tried to set rules and guidelines to criticize and bamboo-spear others at his own judgement.

It is not the liberal steem but a people's-court communism steem that he seems to pursue.
He is said to repelled many people from 'kr' tags and also from 'steem' itself by the bamboo-spearing.
What he insist is the strictly-regulative Communism steem and finally it will repel many able and capable people from 'steem' blockchain as many creative people are repelled from the suppressive communist countries.

Here I strongly recommend to remove @asbear from your steem witness voting list, to keep steem a liberal place with freedom.
