API Server Update: Partial Outage

One of my servers is hosted at racknerd and they are having issues with one of the hypervisor node.

Therefore, unfortnately, the API server is still not reachable at the moment. I've temperarily switched to a backup node.

I've contacted the support and they replied:

We appreciate your patience regarding the current issues affecting the hypervisor hosting your VPS (SEA100KVM host node). We want to provide you with a detailed update on the situation:

We have narrowed down the hardware issues and believe we are dealing with multiple complications simultaneously, creating what could be described as a "perfect storm" scenario.

We want to assure you that despite these issues, the storage system for this host node remain intact and healthy. Your data is safe and has not been compromised in any way.

Our team is actively working to replace the problematic hardware components to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

At this time, we cannot provide an exact ETA for resolution. However, we want to emphasize that stabilizing and restoring full functionality is our top priority. Our team is working diligently to resolve these issues and we're in active communication with the Seattle datacenter remote hands team to perform the physical actions needed to resolve this.
