WILD & STRANGE CONTEST SEASON 8 ROUND 5 - SONG CONTEST – 50 SBD FOR THE WINNER
Song time! Attention all singers, rappers, and those who can at least fake it! 50 SBD is on the line! Who wants to join in?
Round 4 of Season 8 of my WILD & STRANGE Contest has officially ended! It’s time to grab the mic and rock it for a chance to win some STEEM! The grand prize for this round will be 50 SBD. Who is in?
Here is the progression that this contest follows.
ROUND 1 = PHOTO – Take a photo to enter – COMPLETED
ROUND 2 = ART – Use winning photo from Round 1 to make a piece of art – COMPLETED
ROUND 3 = MEME – Use winning art from Round 2 to make a meme – COMPLETED
ROUND 4 = POETRY – Use winning meme from Round 3 to make a poem - COMPLETED
ROUND 5 = SONG – Use winning poem from Round 4 to make an original song. - STARTING NOW

In Round 1, @hotsteam won the photo contest with this interesting entry! It was his winning photo that provided the inspiration for the artwork in Round 2.

In Round 2 @dksart won with this digital artwork, which was the base for the MEME entries in Round 3.

In Round 3 @pipiczech took the meme contest with this winner, which provided the inspiration for our poetry in Round 4.
Round 4 was incredible this season! I'm not sure if I have ever seen so many poems entered! It was a lot to look through, and many amazing entries were available for me to pick from. Legendary wordsmiths like @verbal-d and @clayboyn penned their prose and a lot of new entrants scribed their stuff. In the end, though, I had to choose only one for the win...
So, what poem from Round 4 will we have to make a song for Round 5?

Bowing at his feet
kneeling in his presence
his secret of success
is the power of his essence
no need to complicate
the steps that you must take
just grab a few more peppers

WOW! I am humbled and honored to have had my poem picked to be put to music, considering all the great poems that were entered... Can't wait to hear what it sounds like with a beat... But now it's time to do THE PAPA PEPPER.., and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!!!

I like to make beats, but I cannot rap or sing so I hope I found an original solution for it... I'm still exploring this kind of style btw.. thnx for the opportunity and the text :P was fun to made
