一直以来当我是一个人住时都是随着营养遵着饮食。
但是老人家住进来之后的36个月因为一直习惯老人家的舒适食品就减少了好多清洁饮食。
炒啊，炸啊，烤啊，样样来。
直到癌症检测到了，经过差死复活，老朋友叽了数次，终于肯选择比较清淡自然味道的食物。
这就是我们新的每周定量的酸奶益生菌和蛋白质，不一起吃的话又不行，像引导小孩一样，你吃我也吃的转变习惯。
Full boil or soft boil eggs with no sauce and yogurt with pumpkin seeds and raisins / berries are returning to my daily (or alternate daily) diet for my family these days.
We are still waiting for dad's cancer marker result to come out in August after this month's weekly blood extraction, but even when the cancer battle is won this change of diet for at least one meal must not waver and compromised ; for a healthy gut brings about an overall wellness including mind and digestive system.

Diet is what fuels our bodies and give us the strength we need to fullfill our daily tasks. Great to see you're taking yours seriously. We have yoghurt in our shops here in Ghana as well, it is both healthy and tastes good.
My regards to your dad as well. Cancer fight is not easy and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. My thoughts and prayers are with him.
