Diet is what fuels our bodies and give us the strength we need to fullfill our daily tasks. Great to see you're taking yours seriously. We have yoghurt in our shops here in Ghana as well, it is both healthy and tastes good.

My regards to your dad as well. Cancer fight is not easy and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. My thoughts and prayers are with him.
