The Diary Game: 15 Aug 2020 - India's 74th Independence Day

Hello Steemians

This is my Dairy post for Saturday, 15 August 2020.

Very happy to share with you guys that today is India's 74th Independence Day. India got its freedom on 15 August 1947 and today marks the day of 74 years when we are celebrating our liberty and freedom with full of energy and enthusiasm.

Now let's talk about my schedule for the day and start with I got up at 7 AM. This is slightly late as compare to weekdays and I normally get up because it's weekend and I take more time to sleep on the weekend. I got a couple of calls and messages in the morning wishing me Independence Day and because of that, I skip the schedule for a morning walk today. I had breakfast at 8 AM and switched on the TV to see the celebration happening in Lal Kila, New Delhi, and watch to the speech of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

I kept watching TV until 12 and initially it was for Independence Day celebration and thereafter speech of Prime Minister. Later on, I watch some news analysis and songs as well. I had lunch at 1 PM and also watched a patriotic movie named- "Uri: the surgical strike" in Amazon prime video.

Love towards our country and nation is unconditional and priceless that we cannot measure it and I know that each and everyone in this world loves their country and the people. Doing the speech of Prime Minister mention two things about COVID-19 vaccine development and research and also he is expecting the country to be independent so that such problems in the future will not affect them much.

Most of my time on 15th August went in front of the TV because I enjoyed each and everything starting from News, military parade, Prime Minister speech, movie, songs, and everything that I was in the entire day was so much fun.

Went outside to have some fitness activities after 6 PM and did walk somewhere around 8000 steps which were captured by the actifit fit fitness app. I spend some time reading some posts on the project-hope community and thereafter had dinner at 9 pm.
