What is WeYouMe?
I just came accross this new social network called WeYouMe.
When I signed up it looked like a steemit app, or even fork.
Can someone explain to me what this is technically?
I could not find a whitepaper or any form of technical overview of the platform?

WeYouMe is derived from the Steem codebase, as it is the best social media blockchain framework for us to start from. We plan to include a decentralized exchange and a peer to peer marketplace in our mainnet release, in addition to a variety of other improvements over Steem, such as returning to a non-linear content reward algorithm, including better tipping features, and implementing the option to charge micropayments for comments and premium content.

These are the ones I'm most excited for and I'm glad it's not another dumb clone.
Will this have a meaningful effect? DPoS users like STEEM, BTS, EOS and maybe even Byteball users will show interest. But there are many who are basically BTC and ETH maximalists and spreading reward too thin might not give them enough incentive to come and join.

What is the native token of this platform??
So apparently another steem clone ( we had another clone named Weku https://deals.weku.io/ run by https://weku.io/). However, I doubt the success rate of these, because its not that easy to gather big user base and attracting the attention of investors.
I would rather rely on steem, because these proves that we have power in the steem blockchain. Since its open source, anyone can clone and create their own copies.
It is difficult for decentralized platforms to gain a userbase, as they often present significant user experience barriers to entry. Steemit is getting better and people are making clones.
This one is also a clone of steemit I think.
Weku is also a clone and I think you should check that out too.
Haven't seen this clone before but the white paper mentioned both bitshares and steem quite a bit.
This part is pretty awesome:

WYM will be allocated to private investors at a rate of $3.00 USD per unit, with a minimum investment of $50,000. If a minimum of $250,000 is invested, a 10% bonus is applied. Maximum allocation of $500,000 USD per investor.
$3 per unit with a $50,000 investment while steem is only $0.79. Pretty humorous.

The supply of STEEM is also over 280,000,000, and inflating at a rate of ~9.5% per year. The WYM asset has a limited supply of 10,000,000 and earns on ongoing reward of 20% of all MeCoin issuance.
how will the WYW airdrop to steem, bts, etc holders be distributed.....will the rich just get more or based on fairer rep like Gbyte? or equal distribution to each recently active account?
