Wednesday Walk that Make Me Smile
Wednesday Walk is a challenge started by @tattoodjay. Its idea is "to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start." Consequently, for busy and lazy us.
Not sure about you, my reader, but I am most often as busy as lazy. Therefore, when I have a free minute, I better watch a movie or read a book or cook, but most likely not walk.
We have moved recently. All January and February were cloudy, gloomy, and wet. Not the best time to go for a walk. You saw that on my previous submissions, where I shared pictures made with my smartphone on my way to the office or back.
But quite recently we have had a nice sunny and almost spring weather, and despite of strong wind, we decided to explore a park in 5 minutes walk, where I have never been.

It has a railway for kids. Of course, it is on shutdown for a winter season.
But I feel like miss colors during this black and white season.
Asphalt path comes out from the melted snow.
In a month we will see first flowers here I think.

Да, зима в этом году была какая-то сумбурная, вся в переездах. Это чуть не единственная была такая чисто прогулка. Я когда скачивала фотки с карты памяти, аж не поверила - последняя вылазка с фотоаппаратом была в октябре!
А в тот день вечером муж умудрился расклеиться, и неделю потом сидел дома. Ходи ото с ним гулять )

Glad you got some nice weather to get out and explore this area, this winter has slowed me down and i havent been walking anywhere near as much as normal

I think that is wonderful that you have the tradition of celebrating spring on March 1st. Our first day of spring is the day of the equinox. March 20th Happy Sping to you!
How interesting! Here, March 1st is a start of calendar spring. But a real spring comes wherever it wants :) Kyiv still remember March 22th, 2013. We called it an apocalyptic snowfall.
