EVENING WALK IN THE SNOW for WEDNESDAY WALK โ๏ธ๐โ๏ธ
Hello my Dearest Friends,
Before you say wow!, lol. I must confess about the first three photos, because they are edits with large snow flakes added. Not that it wasn't snowing, quite the opposite. I was even worried about my camera getting wet, however the snowflakes that evening were very fine, almost invisible. The rest of the photos are just slightly edited and they resemble reality.
By the way, it was snowing non stop for almost two days, however, I decided to take photos after dark and lights are on. I was actually hoping that we would get some snow over the Christmas, so I could photograph some nicely decorated houses in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had snowless Christmas as usual therefore my plan went down the drain, lol.
Nevertheless, I was still able to find some nice lights and I would probably found more if I could go further, But it was just too difficult to walk and as I said, I was worried about camera getting wet. I kept wiping it, but the snow just kept piling. Lots of photos I took were completely blurry.
Anyway, it was quite an experience, but not something I would do often, lol.

Howdy Miss Lena! Finally some snow! I think it creates a wonderful scene and the neighborhood looks really nice too. These are gorgeous, more so because I haven't hardly seen any snow photos this year!
Howdy Janton! Well, most of it is gone by now except few patches, but we are getting some new one tomorrow. However it will not last very long because the temperature will be above zero over the weekend. But I am glad you like those photos, which gives you an idea how pretty winter can be in Canada. That looks like a really idyllic photoscape for someone like me who enjoys the winter. I particularly like the lanterns in the snow - I've kept my lanterns out in the (fainter and fainter) hopes that it'll snow. It probably won't, but at least I can live vicariously through your pictures. :)
