12 signs that you do not drink enough water

But there are not many people who drink enough water a day. The French site Sympa-Sympa.com publishes 12 signs that you recognize that you lack sufficient amounts of vital fluid.

Dry mouth

The symptom is more visible than the effects of it. Naturally, when you experience this feeling, you start looking for a drink, but juices and carbonated beverages are just a temporary solution to the problem. Drinking water provides hydration for a long time.

Dry skin

Skin is the largest organ in the human body and naturally, it has to be hydrated. Dry skin is one of the first symptoms of complete dehydration - a problem that can lead to very severe effects.

Your eyes are dry

One of the signs of lack of water in the body is the feeling of dryness in the eyes. Without enough water, the drainage channels are dried and this may affect your eyes, especially if you wear contact lenses.

Joint pain

Joints and cartilage consist of 80% water, and this part of our body is very important because it prevents the scrubbing of bones in every movement. By maintaining a good level of hydration in the body, joints can withstand strokes in repetitive and/or strong movements such as running or falling.

Your muscular mass decreases

You need more time to heal than other people

Water allows you to eliminate toxins during the day. Your bodies work on their own to filter what they need, but without water, this mechanism can not function properly.

Feel tired and sleepy

Premature aging

The amount of water our body can contain decreases with age. When we get older, we need to increase water consumption. Although the symptoms of premature aging are primarily manifested externally, the problems that dehydration creates for organs are felt in the long run.
