The guy is not wasting his time. He tweets his articles. He shares them in FB cryptocurrency groups he is a member of. He is promoting Intense and all you do is criticize. If he is wasting his time, his article wouldn't get a reaction from you, would it? It is his article, it is his prerogative if he follows your suggestion or not. If you don't like how he does things, write your own article! At least the guy regularly do something to promote Intense. How about you? What have you done lately for Intense or ITNS as you desperately wanted written? Like you said "Just Do IT!"
