First Episode of THE KILL CORPORATION, a SCI-FI SATIRE
Made in 2014, this show seems more relevant than ever, considering the constant stream of corporate criminality being reported daily.
Meet Plato Punchkiss, a Terminal Abiter and man defeated by his world, grinding out his daily existence as a socially mandated murderer.
We shot this show on the Canon 5D Mk III, which was new at the time, although the Alexa was just becoming a more affordable rental. We used Zeiss SLR lenses, which gave us a nice, sharp look.
The Kill Corporation was designed to be something more than merely a web-series, but to evolve into a network of criss-crossing storylines that would create a new method of TV watching, a way to experience a fictional world from a variety of points of view and narratives.
Here's a test poster we did. Just a trial.
Maybe that can still happen.
