In our country, Venezuela, there are many stories, fables, legends, myths, call them as you wish.

From the famous The Silbón and the Llorona (or Sayona?) to clay goblins that grow. Believe it or not. The Venezuelans are a strong believer in the supernatural and very devoted to many entities or spiritual deities such as souls, spirits, saints, and the holy virgins (Madonnas) and, of course, God and Jesus (obviously).

Possibly originated by our Latin heritage and the combination of many foreign cultures, among them: Spanish, African, Italian, Portuguese, German and many others on a smaller scale.

I don't know if the same thing will happen in your country, but here in Venezuela, they usually nail a cross or build a very small house where someone has died in an accident. If you ever walk the roads of my country, you may see a cross on the side of the road (which bears the date of the incident and, many of them, the name of the victim).

In general, when one walks by and sometimes in a car, the Venezuelan make the sign of the cross and says: Here died Mr(s). X. Who knows what happened to him/her. And the victim's relatives usually leave flowers as well.

Many times also when there is a horrible accident from which a person has been "miraculously" saved. Then a belief is created that they were saved by a specific soul or spirit and then they promise to that spirit or soul to build a very little chapel or a very small house (like birdhouse) that will serve to light candles and deposit flowers, in the same place of the accident. Initiating a new belief or myth.

In Venezuela there are many stories of supernatural phenomena, among these, today I will talk about the ball of fire or ball of light.

This generally happens in the Venezuelan Plain. The Cowboys (I think I can call them that way) say that when they walk through the countryside, at dusk and other times at dawn, you can see between the top of the trees, a sphere of light that illuminates everything around them.

I was told by a friend that on December 31st, 2011, at about 8 p.m., he observed this phenomenon. He was on vacation in the area celebrating Christmas with his wife's family and at that moment he had left the house to receive the coolness of the night breezes. He was accompanied by his sister-in-law at the time. So it was two people who witnessed this phenomenon.

The night was dark (there was no moon) and suddenly there was a light in the distance as if they were the lights of a vehicle, which was not the case because the light came from within the plain. This light rose a few centimeters from a grove that was about 500 meters away, forming a sphere of light, like fire, whose life was extinguished in a few seconds with a pop, similar to a soap bubble.

There was also another friend who was persecuted by the same phenomenon and by the force of prayers to his saints, this ball of light went away and disappeared.

I think that it could be a meteorological phenomenon or the statics of the ground united with a low temperature, creating the ideal environment to make visible a static electric field (perhaps magnetic?).

I assume that many of these stories originate from places far from the bustle of the city, places that are miles away from civilization, where there is no electricity or telephone signal. Where the environment creates a mystical atmosphere, full of strange noises that feed the imagination and fear, suggesting the human mind.

But as we say here: "They do fly, sure they do" (emphasizing that witches actually exist and therefore paranormal phenomena). Generally, we say this so as not to rule out situations that might be somehow true.

Thank you so much for accompanying me here. Have an excellent day, evening or night.

So actually you are playing on safe. You believe in everything, since it all can be true and what if you bet on the wrong God?

No crosses over here where people died, just the graveyard and even there its no longer popular (common) to do so.

You believe in everything, since it all can be true and what if you bet on the wrong God?

Yes, even the moon is made of cheese. I'm kidding 😉

if you don't stand for something you'll fall for anything

Well, you have to believe in something. In God, in you, in the saints, in Jesus, in the tooth fairy, etc. From the beginning of life, even the cavemen believed in something: in the spirits of nature, in the sun god, the moon goddess, etc. There is always a need to believe in something superior, divine, subtle, supernatural, metaphysical.

Because this is definitely not the only thing there is. And I mean the physical world, the world that you see, that you hear, feel and taste.

Thinking of a wrong God? I think it doesn't matter, as long as you're not imposing your truth on others and forcing them to believe in what you believe. If it works for you, it's perfect.

I like to believe that God listens to me and can respond in any way: on something I read in a newspaper, on the internet, in a message or email, in a song, in a sentence. You just have to be willing to listen.

So, bad things happen, well (as we say here) you're not holy (nobody is), one makes mistakes and by the karmic law, it will be necessary to amend them. It has not happened to you that sometimes you go so badly that you say: Surely in my previous life I was a fucking son of a bitch (some relative of the Lanisters, hahahaha)

That's my theory. The important thing is that it makes me happy and I feel at peace.

No crosses over here where people died, just the graveyard and even there its no longer popular (common) to do so.

I think it's excellent because otherwise, it's like masochism to be remembering a tragic accident every time you see the cross. Especially for the victim's relatives. I suppose the thoughts will not leave the soul of the deceased in peace.

Heal soon, my dear! 😂🌷🌷🍎🍵👐💕💖

The healing will take long I am afraid.

For the rest I mainly agree with you.
You can be my story teller 💖💥😘
