Ferrari do have and iconic style that despite the years has never really changed so much as evolved; like one generation simply improved upon the model before.
They have a certain presence that you don't get with any other marque. It is the evolution, as you say that results in this stunning machine.
Calling it a motor car seems wrong somehow? It's more a work of art.
