Dear friends ๐,
This is my third daily ice cream post! As announced in one of my recent posts, I will keep you updated with my new healthy ice cream habit.
This time, it is a self-made apple ice cream ๐ .
INGREDIENTS
You need three sweet apples ๐ ๐๐ and two ripe bananas ๐. The bananas are important because they give the ice cream some creamy texture and some extra sweetness.
PREPARATION
You have to cut-up the bananas ๐ and cut-up and deseed the apples ๐. Then freeze โโ them for about 10 hours before you make ice cream.
All you need is a strong blender and a little bit of liquid so that the blender does not get stuck but the ice cream keeps its creamy consistency.
There you have it!
Your delicious healthy vegan apple ice cream! ๐
This is a great and easy way to introduce more fruits in your daily life!

This looks good I'll give it a try. I have been trying the new vegan icecreams from ben and jerrys and haagen dazs but they have too much sugar and too many calories.
Yeah, they are anything but healthy... and they are very expensive!
Publix supermarket in the US often has buy one get one free deals so that's a problem.

I bet that bit of apple is so refreshing and delicious! It's quite chilly again today, but more warmer weather is coming back later in the week so I may need to go ahead and stick some bananas in the freezer! :)

Luckily, this absence is easy to fix if you have some space in your freezer. ;)
