Easy Peasy Vegan Cheesey Nachos
What do you call cheese that doesn't belong to you? Nach- yo cheese. Yeah I know, another cheesey joke, but I can't help myself.
To start off with I made some tofu cubes.
Brassed them till crispy brown.
Added some liquid smoke.
Some soy sause.
Fried till crispy brown.
Then for the sauce I chopped up some onions and red pepper.
Sautéed and added liquidised tomatoes and smoked paprika, coriander, and cayenne pepper.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes, and add in the tofu.
Then made a simple salad with loads of avo.
Then chips and cheese.
Some of my fancy spicy sause with tofu.
And lastly dump some salad on top and there you have it, one unhealthy vegan special.
