- Translation overview: During my work on this part I found out more about Micropayment Channels, target utilization, how the blokchain regulates bandwidth toward surges in the network and how it should be measured, also how the average bandwidth is calculated by blokchain. I also got familiar with algorithm for increasing/decreasing the reserve ratio.
No threads were repeated this time and most of them were in form of sentences rather than single words. I find it useful to work on this project, because I can learn more about blokchain technology which is still quite an abstract concept to me. Working on this project usually requires some research on my part.
I would like to contribute to this project more and widen my understanding on steemit and blokchain technology in general.

Hi @villaincandle. I can only repeat my comment from the other post: if I assure about something it means it's true. It just happened that I had new report in the same file as the old one and by some mistake I pasted the same one twice. It was just an honest mistake, which I corrected now. A pity it wasn't communicated to avoid my work being rejected.
