Buttons are not working - Utopian.io/Mobile

Details
"Read the Guidelines" and "Watch Video" buttons under "Available Categories" are not working on Android (Smartphone) web browsers. I tried Chrome, firefox, Via browsers to test the same and the buttons are not working in any of the mentioned browsers. You can check the behavior on chrome browser in the video below. Same buttons under "Task Requests" are working fine.
Steps to Reproduce
Install any browser on your Android smartphone, head to the official website of utopian(utopian.io), scroll all the way down to the "Available Categories", now click on both the buttons labelled as "Read the Guidelines" and "Watch Video".
Actual Output
As showed in the video both the buttons aren't responding.
Expected Output
"Read the Guidelines" must respond by opening the guidelines window where as the "Watch Video" must open the video similar to the response received on the same buttons under "Task Requests". (Refer video).
Severity
- low
As I was able to get the same thing under "Task Requests". However, for mobile users this bug must be resolved.

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the above behavior. On clicking the "read the guidelines" button I am redirected to a different page wherein the guidelines are listed for every category.
This seems to be a network issue. I'd advise you to wait a moment(10, 15 seconds most), to be sure that the page is completely loaded, then click on the button. You'll see that it works.

Buttons that are only under Available Categories are not working.

I have noticed same thing you posted from at least 2 months........Your contribution was under my eyes as soon as you posted it...But like you I too waited for a utopian-io moderator to review it.... Unfortunately they have not noticed this issue,and unfortunately you don'nt got reward....

I have faced same issues sometimes. I was using safari browser as well as chrome.
