Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the above behavior. On clicking the "read the guidelines" button I am redirected to a different page wherein the guidelines are listed for every category.

This seems to be a network issue. I'd advise you to wait a moment(10, 15 seconds most), to be sure that the page is completely loaded, then click on the button. You'll see that it works.

I apologize for any inconvenience as a result. Do not be deterred by this review. Your efforts towards reporting the behavior you noticed are duly appreciated. Hopefully, we'd get to reward your future contributions :)
