Steemer version 1.4.4 - Upvote time does not match the time of post publication

Expected behavior
The time of the upvote deadline should be 37 minute ago, it corresponds to the time of publication on the post.
Actual behavior
upvote on post @edgarsart happened 7 hours ago, while posting time is 37 minute ago.
How to reproduce
open the app, then see upvote on the post. Then, it's will showing the Inaccurate time between wktu publikazi post with upvote time.
App version: 1.4.4
Operating system: xiomi redmi 4X version android 7.1

I was able to correctly observe this same behavior you reported. Comparing the upvote times with what's on other frontends like busy.org, I noticed there was a gap between the time the posts were created and the times the upvotes were registered.
So we can agree there is an issue with the upvote time, appearing as though they were made even before a post is created.
Below is my feedback:
For a new contributor, you seem to have properly studied the guidelines. The post title coincides with what is expected of a bug hunting report.
The expected and actual behaviors should have been better explained. For instance, to avoid confusion on the readers part, the expected behavior should have simply been - Upvote times should match or be in line with a post's publication time.
The steps you provided should have been better formatted and then scrutinised for grammar errors. Each relevent step should be written in a new line, and not clustered to occupy one row on the ordered list. The recording though, greatly aided my understanding of the post.
I see you are new and wouldn't know that analysing the app's code to determine what led to the error and also proposing a fix, gives you a highet score. You can include this in your next report.
