Utopian a home for smart and innovative individuals
As you might know, Utopian is one of the most awesome dApps on the blockchain with the aim of promoting open source projects in diverse ways.
A company that promotes the collaboration of people in the development of different initiatives and innovations, we continue to do so and maintains to facilitate the progress of open source world.
As one of the moderators of Utopian suggestion category, I am fully interested in the growth of the category which always incites me to write some educative post.
It is not enough to have an idea but the implementation of such an idea make the smartness and innovation, as far as the idea comes the way of open source, Utopian is around waiting to support either as a contributor or the project owner.
Sharing Ideas
We all have a few open source projects we like in utilizing; I personally have so much love in using open source projects because of the ease and collaboration.
I have shared several Ideas in many open source projects, and I have seen the implementation of my proposals on a few of them.
Sharing ideas to our favorite open source projects give us the edge of getting all we want in our fingertips; rather than keep finding apps that will suit what we really want for weeks, months which could even cause switching from one project to another.
So, good thinkers enjoy open source world even if they cannot code.
Just idea vs Ideal idea.
As a long time moderator and contributor to open source projects, I have seen and moderated lots of idea contributions that are just idea and ideal ideas, all these are related in the content, the idea shared, grammar and the overall quality of the contribution.
The utopian current scoring system is working in separating "just idea" and "ideal idea. In elaboration on "Just idea vs Idea idea".
Just Idea is an idea that comes to the mind and we share without giving a proper thought of it impartation and the negativity it might have in the overall aspect of the project which if eventually reaches the project owner, he/she will not like to implement because he knows and understand his project more than better than anyone.
Anyone might make mistakes in sharing ideas like this but wouldn't be everytime habit and should be avoided.
Ideal Idea.
This is like throwing a dart to hit the right spot. Sharing ideas that will wow the project owner, I believe I can boldly say that I have shared several ideas that PO's love but few happened otherwise, however, the majority has impacted positively on projects. All of these are based on the approach and things considered.
Ideal Ideas are ideas that will definitely have proper positivity in almost all aspect of the project which are the kinds of ideas Utopian wishes to Incentivize.
How do I get better?
Getting better is by knowing some fundamentals of things to do or consider when sharing an idea.
These aren't the first explanation for submitting a good idea through utopian; nonetheless, it is necessary to keep quality alive.

Learn to get better: This is solely on understanding the policies and guidelines set by utopian, read and assimilate properly, don't rush any line of the word.
" I am new, how do I get open source projects?
There are differences source for open source projects but project found on github.com are projects that are considered valid for the utopian suggestion and other categories.
If you take your time to read all the guidelines properly, you would understand how repositories are considered valid for utopian contributions.

Analyze
This is the proper checking of the project, knowing the pros and cons of the project. If mobile app related, check to know the effect of every function within to know how you could improve it suitably, Always be technical in all your approaches.
Research
Make a proper research on the type of idea you want to share, think of the influenceability of the idea on the project on how it could look good.
Keep it simple
Your contribution should be made simple. We at the suggestion category have documented lots of educational blog post to help support all new and existing contributors to get better. Get to work.
This is a call to action. I believe there are lots of open source lovers all around the world with the pure heart of contributing for contributing sake.
There is a problem that needs to be solved and when solved it will have some great benefits for everyone involved directly or indirectly, and you are the solution.
The question is, what is the problem?
The problem is there ought to be an improvement in your favorite open source project and you need to solve by taking the task of suggesting some brilliant ideas on it and get the problem solved, while you are solving the problem utopian is there to make you smile by incentivizing your quality effort.

On a pure content level, this post is great. It's exactly the sort of thing I like to see in an #iamutopian post. It's interesting, deals with ideas, and yet is practical. It's also well illustrated with graphics.
On the presentation level, particularly on the language level, I think you could do better. Apart from style and grammar issues, there are proofreading errors that I believe you could have caught. If you're interested, I'd be happy to provide examples in a follow-up post. These issues did not dramatically effect the quality of the post, but they did make it a bit harder to read.

This sentence is a bit of a mess, I'm afraid. The "we" at the start is misplaced. It should be "you." Next, if Utopian is "one of," the thing it is one of should be plural. And I think you maybe dropped the word "most"? So, here's the edited version:
"As you might know, Utopian is one of the most awesome dApps on the blockchain"
This sentence is two or three sentences bunched together. And the tenses are mixed up and confusing. "we continue to do so and maintains to facilitate" is just... what? I am literally not sure I could edit that to mean what you meant it to mean.
The name of the category is "Suggestions." And as a name, it should be capitalized. There should also be a "the" before "Utopian," as in "the category."
This is all one sentence. It be at least two. Lemme try an edit:
"It is not enough to have an idea. The implementation of the idea is what makes it smart and innovative. And if that implementation is open source, Utopian is here to support contributors and project owners alike."
