Gridcoin (GRC) is a decentralized, open source cryptocurrency which is developed by Rob Halford in 2013.

It was created by Berkeley California University in 2002 to provide incentives to the BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) system, which was initiated in order to carry out various scientific researches. In this way, each user included in the system is rewarded with GRC as much as the amount of processing power of the computer.

Contribution Specifications

  • Translation Overview
    It was really a difficult project for me, I now see myself as a real Economist and a Blockchainer! :)
    I didn't really want this project to end because I was learning a lot of new things, I wish there were more words to be translated, but unfortunately this project came to an end like every beautiful thing. :(
    While translating the project, it was really difficult for me to translate many words such as "crunching", "inclusion", "tally", "purist" and "tinkerer" because these words didn't exactly match the Turkish language and these words distorted the meaning of the sentence, but I was able to translate the words correctly as a result of long research.

    As always, I aimed to translate this project from English to Turkish.
