Provide feature to vote in percentage and earn best curation

Everyone knows that until we have voting power of 500 or more we don't get the slider to vote a post in some percentage. So you always have to vote in 100 percent and to keep your voting power in good state, you ideally should vote not more than 12-14 posts in a day with 100 percent VP. However, that does not give you a lot of opportunity to earn Curation. To have better cuaration, you would always wish to vote maximum posts that you think, will earn good reward and as a result you get more curation. And that too keeping your voting power in tact as well as allowing you to manually curate good posts.

Unfortunately Steemit does not provide this ability where as other front end apps provide this feature. Here is an example from utopian.io
The feature is provided in the settings in utopian.io, where you can set the voting slider.

And every time you vote in the utopian platform, it will use that voting percent.

The only limitation is that, you can curate posts only in utopian platform. So You can see the posts submitted in utopian and curate them.

Also ChainBB and Busy.org provides this feature. All of this front end app are built on Steem blockchain. So by not giving the feature to its user, Steemit is limiting its ability to provide the flexibility who use the Steemit front end.

Providing this feature in Steemit will help those people a lot.

Edit : I am trying to suggest that Steemit front end provide a similar feature as other platforms to allow me to vote in percentage,since the Steem Block chain already supports this. An example profile settings should look like this after the change.

I want to be able to use the vote slider on steemit.com even when my steempower is not upto 500.
