In the past 2 months, I have been spending time with the @oracle-d DApp community and participated in some of their Oracle-D tasks. As a result, I got to understand the platform better. I am now very much inspired and excited about how this DApp functions.

In this post, I will write a short review of Oracle-D platform. I will share with you what I have learned so that you, too, can also join in the fun that we are having in this community.

B. What is Oracle-D?

Oracle-D builds online and offline communities using blockchain technology to bring in new investment into the STEEM ecosystem. The founders of this innovative project are @starkerz and @anarcotech.

The core mission of @oracle-d mission

Using our unique Multi-Proof-of-Brain (MPoB) system, we incentivize and reward exceptional digital content creators with Steem Cryptocurrency tokens for choosing to produce valuable work for our clients and partners.

The main priority of Oracle-D is to bring value to the STEEM blockchain through collaboration with clients and investors. Outstanding content creators can now take hold of these opportunities to create quality content for these clients that are brought in by Oracle-D.

C. How To get Started on Oracle-D

1. Log in to Oracle Website: https://oracle-d.com/

2. Log in with Steem Connect

A new page will come up where you need to log in with Steem Connect.

3. Dashboard Appears

• You can see my profile icon at the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.

• At the top, it also shows you the value of Steem and SBD.

In the past, only selected people can sign into the Oracle portal. But now, anyone with a steem account can sign in.

If you are an outstanding content creator, I encourage you to sign in now and get yourself ready for good times!

D. Components of Oracle-D

1. Available Tasks

Take note of the 3 columns under Available Tasks:

• Title
• Level
• Deadline

2. Title

Right now, there are 3 different kinds of tasks I can participate in. You can read the titles to see which project task captures your interest. I find the "General Task" easier to do as I am often quite familiar with the projects on hand.

As for the other 2 tasks that are listed there, I need to spend time studying their website and become a user before I can truly promote them.

3. Level

There are 2 different levels: Open and Pro

• Open levels are open to everyone to do.
• Pro Levels are open to selected few content creators. I can also do the 'Pro level' tasks because I was one of the winners of the OD Tasks last month.

4. Deadline

Right now there is a bug in the date of the deadline for General task: Dec 31, 2999 11:00 PM. LOL! Can't imagine what the next millennium will be like in cryptocurrency.

The other 2 deadlines are correct for the Pro tasks.

5. Details

Click on the Details Tab for each project and read about them.

Since most people will be doing General tasks, a new window will pop up when you hit "Details."

6. Write Your Post

You can now write posts for all open tasks which are published on the Steemit blog by Oracle-D: https://steemit.com/@oracle-d.tasks

Voila, the Editor page will appear for you to write your post.

• The Markdown features of the editor are quite easy to use.

• You can then start typing your content in here.

• Write your Tags.

• You can publish it right away if the post is ready. Use the green center button to publish. Or if you wish to save it as a draft, use the purple button. If you want to start all over again, click on the red button to delete the post.

7. Post Section

Click "Post" on your Dashboard.

A list of your working post will show up here.

Right now, I only have one post.

E. What I like About Oracle-D

1. Oracle-D has A New Way Of Engaging the Community

I like Oracle-D in that it has a completely new and unique way of engaging with the community. They are the middle man contacting clients who hold STEEM tokens. Oracle-D helps these clients to make a return on their investments.

Oracle-D then open these tasks to content creators to participate.

As a result, the community gets engaged with enthusiasm because everyone gets educated about the blockchain and STEEM via these content posts.

Content creators who produce high-quality work are rewarded with newly mined STEEM.

As you follow the steps here, you can see that the contributors are not investing in Oracle-D but they are actually investing in projects on the Steem blockchain and earning new STEEM tokens.

2. Oracle-D in Action on Social Media

Another thing I like about Oracle-D is that lots of actions are happening outside the Steem Blockchain.

Presently content creators are doing lots of promotion via Twitter, Medium, and You-tube. I also got myself much involved in doing promotion via these platforms. These are effective ways to onboard new people onto Steem.

Here, @andrarchy is interviewing the Oracle-D CEO and CTO (@starkerz and @anarcotech). You get to see the faces of these people as they explain the grand vision of Oracle-D. I watched through the entire interview with excitement. You will get inspired by their words and enthusiasm about marketing and business entrepreneurship.

I love seeing Oracle-D in action and getting everyone to help Steemit Inc. reach more people on these many social websites. They don't just tell us to do it. They are truly trailblazers showing us the way of doing effective content marketing.

F. How Oracle-D can Improve

I am quite new to the platform and loving everything that I see. I am looking forward to the day when new tokens are created internally by Oracle-D. This means that there will be more incentives in the reward pools.

It will be great if the Oracle-d team can provide more blog posts and updates of their platform. Right now, I am not too sure who is in the team other than the two founders.

Even better, if the team can provide more tutorials for users so that we can all learn how to engage in the Oracle-D community. I sort of played around with the platform with trial and error to learn how to get involved in a meaningful way in the past month.

G. Conclusion

So far, Oracle-D stands in a unique way when comparing to all the other DApps communities.

I believe Oracle-D is starting a great movement on Steem! Join us during this crypto winter.
