Steemdunk - Only upvote posts with specific tags

The suggestion is about the frontend, database and the backend/bot (every part of the software would need a little update to handle this)

Proposal

It should be possible to add filters for votes, as many users don't want to upvote every post of an author, instead they only want to upvote posts about topics where they are sure they would like it.

Therefore a black- and whitelist for tags should be implemented.

If a tag is added to the whitelist the blacklist becomes disabled and vice versa. (see screenshots below)

It should be possible to enter more than one tag, all have to be present in a post for it to be white- or blacklisted.

Mockups / Examples

Example: I only want to upvote posts from an author that are about Utopian-io and not his normal posts.

Benefits

• Only posts that I would really find good would be upvoted
• Steemdunk would be much more versatile and useful for all users.
• Authors that "spam" in other apps could be added to Steemdunk again
