The publish button is not displayed in portrait mode

Expected behavior
The Publish button can be displayed in portrait mode. It is not only displayed in landscape mode.
Actual behavior
When I enter the Text Editor, I can not see the Publish button in portrait mode. The Publish button can only be displayed in landscape mode.
How to reproduce
Log in to the web https://framesia.com
Please login with your steem account
Then click Write beside the profile picture
In the editor menu, you can not see the Publish button in portrait mode.
You will be able to see the publish button when switching to landscape mode
This is a technical error
