Suggestion: @ned should open up a steemit portal for contribution on how to develop steemit. #devsteemit2018
2018 is nearing and certainly Steemit should and will look different in the upcoming year.
In one of @Steemitblog post, @Jesta stated his own contribution on how steemit should look, other users too took turn and contributed their quota, however this of course may seem a little unofficial.
I believe the steemit developers are cooking up a brand new steemit, however i believe that they can't do it alone.
Utopian-io has proven that steemit has users whose contribution if taken serious can make steemit, a more bigger and better blockchain and platform.
SUGGESTION.
My suggestion would be that @ned create a hashtag like develop steemit 2018
where users can add their quota on how to enhance steemit in 2018, this contributions will be review and sieved and perhaps if any found worthy, can be used in building a more advance steemit.
Here, how devsteemit might turn out:
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
The aims and objectives of this initiatived would be to know the opinion of the majority of users, and what particular area of concentration needs attention.
Another aim would be to take agenda and desires of users at the grassroot level and not just the people at the top.
ADVANTAGES.
¶ This initiative will sift opinion from contribution and bring out cogent individualistic view which a neutral user may want to withold as a result of offending big users.
¶ It will tighten the fragile bond which the community holds at the present.
¶ It will bring about great ideas that can spark innovations for 2018.
DISADVANTAGES.
Petty and selfish ideas may be thrown in by naive users
CONCLUSION.
This certainly has its highs and lows, nevertheless if i were to put it in a ratio it will be 70/30 which of course is not bad at all
This will go a long way in modifying the ideal development for steemit.com in 2018.
