Every organisation needs to develop workflows on how to engage and keep track of his customers and their needs. In this same line, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is no more than a strategy for succesfuly keeping track of an organisation's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers (its target audience).

When refering to CRM, we are undoubtely talking about a CRM system, which is essentially a tool used for managing contact with customers, sales, productivity, customers' behaviour, and others. The goal of any good CRM system is quite simple: Improve business relationships to retain the current customers and attract new ones.

In this opportunity, my translation work focus on the localization of user instructions and forms that comprise the GUI for this software, allowing a smoother User Experience for Spanish speaking organisations and staff members. The translation is essentially based on the Reporting and Analytics and Sales Performance Dashboard folders of OroCRM.
