Golos.io: Bug Hunting - Problem with a tag counter (EN/RU)

As I promised in my previous post, I duplicated it on the platform Golos.io (Russian branch of Steemit blockchain) to convey information about Utopian to Russian-speaking users who are not yet registered with Steemit and motivate them to contribute to open-sorce projects.

In the process of publishing the post, a strange situation with the tags arose.
I chose 4 tags for my post, separated by spaces, as it should be, then clicked "Publish" and got error message

7 tags? I used 4 tags and 3 spaces, or spaces were counted as tags too?
I deleted one tag+1 space and saw this again.

Now they told me that 6 tags were used. We count: 3 tags + 2 spaces = does not match.

And only after leaving 2 tags, I was able to publish my post.
It turned out that there were some hidden tags that were not displayed in the line, but were published under the post

Where did they come from?
I found that I used them as tags in the body of my post, when mentioned Discord chat-rooms. But why they appeared in the tag line, and did not show up until the moment the post was published. Nowhere was it indicated that you can not use the # synbol in the body of the post, and before clicking "Submit" button I did not receive a message stating that the word with this symbol would be automatically added to the list of used categories. As a new user, making his first post at Golos, I met with some inconveniences. We don't have the same at Steemit and I see this glitch as a problem that should be fixed on Golos.

Как и было обещано в моем предыдущем посте, я продублировала его на платформе Голос.ио (русской ветке Стимита),чтобы донести информацию об Utopian до русскоязычных пользователей, которые еще не зарегистрированы на Стимит, и мотивировать их участвовать в развитии проектов с открытым кодом.

В процессе публикации поста возникла странная ситуация с тегами.
Я выбрала 4 тега для своего поста, разделив их пробелами, как положено. Нажала "Опубликовать" и получила сообщение, что их там 7 (см. фото 1)

Откуда 7 тегов? Я использовала 4 тега и 3 пробела, или они теперь тоже считаются тегами?
Удаляю один тег и пробел, отправляю еще раз. Теперь мне сказали, что использовано 6 тегов. Считаем: 3 тега+2 пробела=не совпадает. Значит дело не в пробелах.

И только оставив 2 тега, я смогла опубликовать свой пост.
Оказалось, что были некие скрытые теги, которые не отображались в строке, но были опубликованы под постом. Сюрприз!

Откуда они взялись? Я обнаружила, что использовала их как теги в самом теле поста. Но почему они оказались в строке тегов, и не отображались аж до момента публикации поста. Нигде не было указано, что нельзя использовать символ # в теле поста, и перед публикацией я не получала сообщения о том, что слова с таким символом будут автоматически добавлены в список используемых категорий. Как новый пользователь, публикующий свой первый пост, я столкнулась с определенными неудобствами. Такого нет на Стимит, и мне кажется, что это проблема, которая должна быть решена на Голосе.
