What is KnackSteem?
Knacksteem is an open source platform on the Steem blockchain that seeks to reward talents on a much broader scale, which eradicates partiality, and infuses transparency, on the blockchain. The initial goal of Steemit, which was to reward quality content was defeated in the sense that, creators of absolutely great content weren't recognized, and really cool talents were ignored. This major problem was the bane that stirred up the idea, creation, and finally, the development of Knacksteem. Talents and skills would never go unrecognized and unrewarded. The organization of Knacksteem makes this possible.
New Features - Downvoting and Un-Voting of Post
Upvoting was already added. In this contribution, I have added Downvoting and Unvoting feature. One of the main thing added is to get information about the votes of the post, be it positive or negative. Based on that we show the count of the upvote.
New Features - Adding Guidelines
Added the guidelines of KnackSteem
Bug Fixes - Fixing Search Functionality
Search was not working Because we were using USERLIST_GET_SEARCH and ARTICLES_GET_SEARCH but that was removed somehow, so instead of creating again, used the existing one.
Very cool to see you helping out with Knacksteem (again?)! I know that @knowledges has constantly been looking for people, so I'm glad to see the development of Knacksteem is continuing!
It's great you've added downvoting and unvoting, as they are obviously important aspects of any Steem-based website. Also I assume those guidelines were written by someone else, and you simply added the HTML? Either way, great work!
Some thoughts about the code:
'
and"
and usinglet
whereconst
should be used - but that's just me being nitpicky!Your contribution has been evaluated according to Utopian policies and guidelines, as well as a predefined set of questions pertaining to the category.

Thank you for your review, @amosbastian! Keep up the good work!
Thanks, Amos, yes I am learning React as well as doing development of KnackSteem.
It happens to be quite a difficult task to make solid policies/guidelines. I believe that you and the Knacksteem should revise a few points of the guidelines. You might not be the author of those but I can see them here. @knowledges
This point leaves little to choose from. Materials with permissive licenses will be rejected, even though that does not seems to be the intention here since external resources are allowed.
What is the abuse here? Is this a reference to Posting and Conduct Restrictions in ToS?
