I propose to support Steemitboard to reward users for their achievements
All users on steemit receive notification from Steemitboard when they reach some achievement. I think it's really important because it motivates a lot of people to do more on steemit. Steemit is a social network and content rewards platform and some people are really working hard but not having the reward that they deserve. Let's make the work on steemit easy and grateful.
I propose to support Steemitboard and to help them reward and motivate people. Just take a look at the steem power that they have :
It's really low compared with the value that they give to the community. When they notify us us about our achievements they always upvote, but they are upvoting a lot of people in one day and their upvote is not so substantial. So let's support them and make it substantial.
My proposition is to get rewarded no just by upvotes from them but also by steem or steem dollar or even a steem power. For example if someone will get more than 1000 upvotes he will receive 0.1 steem as a reward. Or someone get 10,000 hight quality comment not similar and without any links receive 10 steem. Or someone write more than 100 good quqality post receive 5 steem. We can do a poll about how much is better for people to recieve for each achievement.
Whales and people who want to help the community grow could send them some steem to support. And we can also choose people who will control the process and if the work is done. Those people also can be paid with steem. That way we will also support the ecosystem of steemit.

I am just a regular user (a minnow), but I would like to express my opinion about this idea.
I understand and support the idea of increasing the Steem Power amount in the @steemitboard account, but I don't support the idea of giving rewards - Steem and/or Steem Dollars (SBD) - to the users JUST BECAUSE they reached a certain number of upvotes/comments/followers in their account/profile!
Especially comments!
I think that the amount of spam on Steemit is already big enough!
This action would increase it more! Much more! So this is not a good idea in my opinion.
A lot of posts are receiving meaningless comments, like "Nice post!" and other similar spam-like comments.
I see a lot of posts with spam comments only and these comments have no positive values. These comments just showing the ignorance of the authors of the comments. These comments are ruining the community on Steemit.
Quality over quantity.
The quality should be the primary goal on Steemit, not the quantity!
Only this way Steemit are able to keep and increase it's values! I mean Steem and Steem Dollars (SBD).
Especially in the long run!
If you reward spam comments, then that will bring down the value of Steemit. The value of Steem and Steem Dollars (SBD).
I could only repeat myself: Especially in the long run!
But if @steemitboard would have enough Steem Power, then they could cast worthy upvotes to everyone with a reached milestone.
I am sure that the owners of Steemit and the @steemitboard account will think twice (or more), before they change anything in the rewards.

not all the comments have to be rewarded, comments with sertain amount of words and without links and they don't have to be similar, programs can control that by the way !
I don't think that my comment will be the one, which change the minds of Utopian moderators about approving your post. It is their decision, if they are approving your post or not.
Every Utopian post is open for discussion/debating/arguing.
I think that these rewards would make Steemit more complicated.
Not all of the meaningful comments gets upvotes, but I think the community is already rewarding the meaningful, original, quality, authentic comments.
However I completely agree with your basic idea of increasing the Steem Power amount in the @steemitboard account. That would be good for the community.
