mini-steemit is live! Finally!

The game is initialized by my friend, actually. At that moment, I just introduced steemit to him, but he still felt confused about this blogging system and blockchain. He asked me if there any introduction or demo of this system. So I searched and tried to find a easy way to explain. Then the idea of making game came out of my brain.

How about making a demo purpose game, to show the basic rules of steemit: post and earn STEEM. Simple to explain and easy to understand.

Then I tried to find a steem blockchain based game publishing platform, but not found. So this is the original story of steemgg.com how it started: I made decision to make a steem blockchain based game publishing platform, just for publishing my demo purpose game of mini-steemit.

Then I invite @leoqingliu and @stabilowl to join the team for developing mini-steemit. I am the game designer/artist, @leoqingliu is developer and @stabilowl is content creator. Due to the goal of this game is simple enough, just for demo purpose, so the UI is a little bit ugly...sorry about that.

Actually, besides the basic rules of posting and earning STEEM, we also would like introduce more blockchain related operations in this game. For example: upvote, comment, transfer, etc.

And last but most important, we would like to make a simple but still fun game. So just enjoy the jokes inside the game. If you have ideas of some steemit related jokes, just comment us, we will add your jokes into the game. It means let’s make the game together.

Finally, the game is open source, so you could help us to develop more interesting features and submit pull request. Beautiful arts and sweet sounds/BGM are also welcome.

这个游戏的点子，实际上来源于我的朋友。在那个时候，我刚好想要介绍自己的朋友到steemit来玩，但是对于一个从来没有接触过区块链这个概念的朋友而言，向他详细介绍发帖以及从中获得虚拟货币的流程，简直就是磨难。他也难受，我也难受。因此我开始尝试寻找一种较为简单的，并且能不断重复的方式来介绍steemit。这个idea便演化为做一个游戏。

如果做一个具有展示性作用的游戏，来演示steemit的基本规则，比如怎么发帖和赚取STEEM。这样就很容易解释给新手，方便理解。

接下来发生了一件比较戏剧化的事情：我想着要是游戏做出来了，总得放到一个基于STEEM区块链的游戏发布平台上吧。结果发现：木有。结果这个诡异的原因直接导致了 https://steemgg.com 的诞生：我决定自己动手做一个基于STEEM区块链的游戏发布平台，而其直接原因其实只是为了发布我的小游戏 迷你steemit...

然后我邀请了 @leoqingliu 和 @stabilowl 一起组队来开发 迷你steemit。我的角色分工是游戏设计师以及美工，@leoqingliu的角色是程序员，而 @stabilowl的角色是游戏脚本创作者。由于该游戏的定位只是一个展示性的作用，所以游戏逻辑很简单，UI也有点丑...请谅解...

实际上，除了展示steemit的基本规则，比如发帖和赚取STEEM以外，游戏中还会涉及到其他功能的展示，比如点赞，评论，转账等等。

最后，但确实最重要的一点，虽然游戏逻辑简单，但我们尽可能还是让它变得有趣。所以我们放置了大量的笑话在游戏中。如果你也有很好笑的笑话，特别是和steemit相关的，欢迎来稿。我们会把你的笑话放到游戏中，和我们一起开发游戏吧。
