Communication
For having communication for this task request, I posted my design first in the Designers Channel at the Utopian Discord Group which could be found here.

Details
Since Utopian.io is now looking to improve the graphic presentation of their announcements and formatted blog posts, here are my proposed designs for the banner and divider to help make their post look more visually appealing. In my design the lines creating polygons together with circles indicates technology. I can symbolize Utopian.io with this, since it is more on the contributions for the open source community.
Utopian Weekly
This is topic will be published every Friday this also contains all the updates of the previous week that includes the development updates, marketing and PR updates as well as future plans and planned projects. I added circles in my design with different oppacities to have a distinction for this post topic.
Utopian Magazine
This topic is a new weekly format that Utopian.io planned to deliver interesting Open Source content from around the blockchain and the web. I added a magazine silhouette in the background to symbolize topic title.
People Of Utopian
This topic highlights prominent Utopian community members in personal interviews, and it is posted weekly. I added human figuers in the background that indicates the people in the post topic.
Open Source Radio Show (Temporary Name)
Since Utopian.io is in collaboration with the MSPWaves, they will soon launch this topic that highlights top content and they will be featuring valuable Utopian community members, as well as discussion on all things Open Source. For this, I added a radio signal in the background to symbolize the post topic.
Generic, Unplanned Updates
For this topic, I had provided two variations. A fully customizable banner template for short and longer titles. Since its for general and unplanned updates I left it clean and minimal having nothing in the background.
This template is for the shorter titles, this template contains a single line for the post title below the Utopian logo.
This template is for the longer titles, this template contains double lines for the post title below the Utopian logo.
Divider
To fully complete the theme of having this polygon designs for each banners, I provided a divider which blends with the theme I created for each.

Benefits / Improvements
- My design is clean and minimalistic.
- It follows the requirement set by the task request.
- The colors used is clear and visible for both black and white themes of steemit.
- Having a common theme for all the designs gives an identity or standard for the topics in general.
- My design would fit for the project since it will give more visual appeal for the formatted posts of Utopian.

Tools
In creating my work, I mainly used Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 for making the design as it produces vector outputs and not pixel based like Adobe Photoshop. I only used Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 for the mockups and making the whole presentation.

I was signup utopian before but dont know what the next steps the gethub said get my hub but I already got it maybe ive miss more infor for signing up the utopian ioa, but its said for pc mode or ios not for andriod I think can you help me to proceed my signing...

The designs are quite basic, but I really like the simplicity and there is tech vibe which i really like too.
